Bristol Scuba Club

Bristol Scuba Club formed back in 1993 with only 8 members, this year there are 40 active members. The club is made up from people with different diving qualifications - PADI, BSAC, NAUI, SSI, etc... We are not about who is the best diving organisation, but how to have fun whilst being safe divers. We meet at the swimming pool at Kingswood Leisure Centre, Bristol on Friday nights (9-10pm), at various dive sites along the Dorset and Devon coasts on a weekend, and other dive sites in the UK and the rest of world whenever we can.

HOT NEWS:

Next Dive
There is diving at Plymouth on 27/28 June 2009. We will be diving HMS Scylla and James Eagan Layne and there is the possibility of diving Edistone Lighthouse if the weather is perfect. Check with Mike Lewis as the boats are pretty much booked now. Many of us are staying at the usual campsite at Riverside. Advice from the campsite is that there are places but to book early (no surprise there!). State you are with "Bristol Scuba Club" and they will try to put us together.

New Dive & party
To fill the gap in our dive calendar in September we have arranged a dive at Babbacombe on 5 & 6 September 2009. We will be staying at Manor Farm, Kingskerswell. They accommodate tents and there is B&B available nearby. The plan is to dive on Saturday and party at the campsite on the evening. Bring a barbeque! The events page has been updated.
